Hi, I'm Coach Mark

For more than twenty-five years, I've dedicated my life to helping people grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient through martial arts, coaching, and personal development.

Over that time I've built a thriving martial arts community, earned five black belts across multiple disciplines, competed at state and national level across several sports, been recognised with fifteen business awards, authored twelve books - including five Amazon bestsellers and two Global Book Award winners - and pursued a life of continual challenge and growth.

From the outside, it looked like success. And in many ways, it was. But alongside the achievements, I came to understand something that changed everything:

True growth isn't measured only by what we accomplish. It's shaped by how well we understand ourselves...

The turning point wasn't a dramatic breakthrough. It was developing the awareness to notice my own thoughts, recognise my patterns, and listen honestly to what was happening beneath the constant drive to achieve and move forward.
